Prof R.Jayaganthan – Director (Technology)

He has vast teaching and research experience in IITM and IITR for the past 20 years. He is currently Chair Professor & Head of the Department at the Engineering Design Dept, IIT Madras. He was a former Alexander Von Humboldt Fellow & Visiting Scientist, at the Max Planck Institut Fuer Metallforschung, Stuttgart, Germany.

He is a Fellow, FNAE, FIE, and member of IEEE  &  ASME.  His current research interests are Battery Pack Engineering, AI driven predictive modelling in EV Batteries, Additive Manufacturing, Prototype Design and Development for structural applications, Fatigue & Fracture mechanics, FEA, Digital Twins.

Dr. M.Raguraman – Director (Strategy)

With 15 years of combined academic and industry experience, including 7 years at Rolls-Royce UK, he specializes in composite materials, battery enclosure design, and component testing. He ensures product development is structurally robust and performance-driven, while his expertise in engineering design and patent development strengthens the company’s IP portfolio and product engineering capabilities. He holds doctorate degree from IISc Bangalore.

Dr. P.Shanmugam, – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

With 30 years of experience across the Murugappa and TVS Groups, he brings strong expertise in manufacturing excellence, quality systems and new product development. He drives operational efficiency, technology-led growth and identifies emerging opportunities that align innovation with commercial success. He holds doctorate degree from IIT Madras.
