1. Designation: Senior Engineer - Engineering

Location: Chennai

Educational Qualification / Skills required:

  1. B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Mechatronics (2023–2025 graduates).
  2. The candidate must have competency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for Mechanical engineering background.
  3. The candidate must have competency in AI/ML algorithms, BMS, and circuit design basics for ECE background.
  4. Exposure to basics of lithium-ion batteries, EV powertrain, power electronics, and understanding of basic electrical & mechanical systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the design and development of EV battery packs for 2W/3W applications.
  2. Support prototyping, assembly, and testing of battery modules and packs.
  3. Prepare documentation, drawings, and reports for development activities.
  4. Support vendor coordination for components and materials.
  5. Learn and follow industry safety standards and compliance requirements (AIS-156, IEC).

2. Designation : Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing

Location: Chennai

Educational Qualification / Experience required:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  2. 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the EV, automotive, or energy sectors.
  3. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  4. Familiarity with the electric mobility space and battery products is a plus.
  5. Willingness to travel as needed across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential customers in 2W and 3W EV sectors (OEMs, dealers, etc.).
  2. Pitch battery products and explain technical advantages to customers.
  3. Drive sales conversions, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets.
  4. Build a strong sales pipeline through market visits, networking, and referrals.
